We kindly request our all alumni candidates to consider issues listed below for Graduation Ceremony to be held on 24-28 June 2016.

Participation to Ceremonies:
Graduate candidate list covers students of 7th and 8th semester for undergraduate degree students and 3rd and 4th semester students for associate degree students.
Candidates those who desire to participate graduation ceremony are required to deposit 80,00 TL to Bank account no 6297130 at Garanti Bank Çağlayan Branch (IBAN: TR 42 0006 2000 4030 0006 2971 30). It is required to write name and surname of student in remarks section and afterwards to make application for cap and gown from “Student Pages”.
Delivery of cap and gown will be made after approval your application that you made from “Student Pages” by relevant department. You may take your cap and gown from delivery points when you see “ready” statement in your application page. Name of students who did not apply are not listed in graduation ceremony list. In order to keep in touch with your fellow alumni, it is required that you fill out the discretionary Alumni Association Membership and Information Update Form when you get your gown. No entrance fee will be required for membership. You may access the Form here before submission.
Delivery of caps and gowns will be made only in santralistanbul Campus between 23rd May-22nd June 2016 at 10.00-16.00 (in working days). No delivery shall be made during ceremony.

You may return your gown to santralistanbul Campus, Activity Tent at the end of the ceremony. 80 TL deposited by you shall be refunded to your bank account within 10 days at the latest if you deliver your banking receipt and refund form which is fully completed.
Graduation Ceremonies of 2016 are scheduled as follows. Flow of event will be announced to our students later.
24 June, Friday: Faculty of Law, Vocational School of Justice, Faculty of Engineering
25 June, Saturday: Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences, Faculty of Architecture
26 June, Sunday: Vocational School of Health Services, School of Advanced Vocational Studies
27 June, Monday: Faculty of Communication, School of Applied Sciences
28 June, Tuesday: Faculty of Arts and Sciences, School of Health Sciences
Students those who will participate to ceremonies are required to be present at assembly point 1,5 hour before starting of ceremony at the latest. (Points of assembly: ÇSM 401-402-403-404)
Students will leave their parents and wear their gowns and line up according to order of ceremony. Students are required not to keep their personal belongings at venue of ceremony and during ceremony.
Invitation and Video Shoot of the Ceremony:
Invitations will be given while gowns are delivered. Students can only enter into ceremony area by presenting their student ID Cards.
Professional video shots will be made during ceremony. CDs of video shoot may be obtained from Student Support Office (santralistanbul Campus) for free from 19th September 2016.
Transport and Parking:
Free shuttle services will be provided from Kabataş Ferry Port and Halıcıoğlu Metrobus Stop to santralistanbul Campus, which will start 2 hours before the ceremony and once in 15 minutes; shuttle services will be provided to direction of Kabataş after the ceremony. There are available car parks in ceremony area.
