BİLGİ Career Center offers both students and graduates of İstanbul Bilgi University advice and guidance on career planning; writing CVs and cover letters; interview techniques and preparation; searching for internships and jobs at Dolapdere Campus. With more than 1,500 corporate members, the website of BİLGİ Career Center (www.bilgikariyer.com) provides a platform for students and graduates to engage directly with recruiters and a wide range of companies.

Aside from advice and guidance, BİLGİ Career Center offers year-round training programs to students and graduates. 1,500 students and graduates have benefited from the following programs:

Recent Major Projects of BİLGİ Career Center are: “Yetenek Tohumları” Internship Project is an internship project that allows students to discover their talents and competencies in order to make the transition into business life easier. BİLGİ Career Center works in cooperation with Profil International Human Resources Consultancy in order to provide students the professional assessment tools, which in turn determine their competencies and occupational interest areas. Student profiles are then matched with available internship and/or job positions.

Mentoring Program’s aim is to promote successful graduates and to encourage them to engage further with BİLGİ community. In this program, mentoring is utilized as a means of equipping current students with essential expertise required in today’s highly competitive business environment. The program provides a platform for BİLGİ graduates in professional life to contribute to the personal and career development of the students by means of mentoring.
