Banu Tomruk teaches design studio, critical representation, and design-based research at the Faculty of Architecture, Istanbul Bilgi University. She studied architecture at YTU, İstanbul and received her PhD from ITU, İstanbul. She currently directs the Graduate Programme in Architectural Design and the Graduate Programme in History, Theory and Criticism of Architecture at Istanbul Bilgi University.
