There were 114 active student clubs at the University during the 2014-15 academic year. 

You may become a member by applying at the stand of a club during the Clubs Week or by sending an email to the contact person of a club as listed in this link:

There are no restrictions on club membership, you may join as many clubs as you wish.

At the beginning of every academic year, you may ask the Student Clubs and Activities Office for a list of active clubs and if a club in your area of interest does not exist, you can apply for a new one by filling out the “club by-laws” and getting the signatures of a minimum of 10 members.

You should visit the Student Clubs and Activities Office and fill out the “stand form” that states the place, date, and purpose of having a stand at least 3 days before the planned activity.

Clubs are allowed to have sponsors that are beneficial to the University and its students. You must get the approval of the Student Clubs and Activities Office for a sponsorship file that you must prepare before the planned activity.

In accordance with an activity plan prepared at the beginning of the academic year, student clubs are supported financially. Student clubs are allowed to promote, recruit members, organize activities, and be given support for transportation and accommodation.
