İstanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Health Sciences is a young and dynamic school founded to educate competent health care professionals who value individual development, are respectful of ethical values, whose professional knowledge is thorough and whose practical skills are highly developed, who are able to use their communication skills effectively, and who are equipped with both traditional and contemporary knowledge.
Throughout the course of the four-year degree programs, Health Sciences students will take basic courses in health and medicine during the first year, after which they begin to take more courses in their chosen area of specialization. Students can also take elective courses offered by other departments of the University.
İstanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Health Sciences was designed to provide degree programs using evidence-based theory and practice to meet the needs of a changing world by educating health care professionals in programs open to innovation and creativity. The Faculty of Health Sciences offers degree programs enriched with elective courses with the aim of graduating physiotherapists, nurses, dietitions, occupational therapists, perfusionists and health managers who will be health professionals who are creative, competitive, empathetic and dedicated to patient care.
