European Commission’s Horizon Europe Programme Support for the project titled ‘CO3: COntinuous COnstruction of Resilient Social COntracts through Societal Transformations’

Prof. Pınar Uyan Semerci was entitled to receive the support of European Commission’s Horizon Europe programme for the project titled ‘CO3: COntinuous COnstruction of Resilient Social COntracts through Societal Transformations’. In the Project, Prof. Emre Erdoğan and Tuğçe Erçetin, PhD will work as researchers. By addressing the concept of ‘Social Contract’ in the framework of current multiple crises and societal transformations both from a theoretical and practical standpoint in the context of the existing social contracts, the research aims to evaluate the social contracts at local, regional, national, and transnational levels and to develop and support a more democratic, inclusive, and open social contract model. The consortium including 10 partner institutions from 10 countries will be coordinated by Demos Helsinki Research Institute in Finland and the total application budget for CO3 project is 2,998,905.50 Euros.
