Assoc. Prof. Leyla Keser Berber has been appointed as CAHAI’s Turkey representative

Assoc. Prof. Leyla Keser Berber, member of İstanbul Bilgi University’s Faculty of Law, has been appointed as the Turkey representative of Ad hoc Committee on Artificial Intelligence (CAHAI) of Council of Europe. Keser Berber took this office by the plenary meeting held between 15-17 December 2020. Additionally she will contribute to the preparation of the legally binding document about artificial intelligence by participating in the Legal Framework Group in 2021. 

 

CAHAI examines the feasibility and potential elements of a legal framework for the development, design and application of artificial intelligence, based on Council of Europe’s standards on human rights, democracy and the rule of law.
