Graduation Ceremonies Program for the Years 2020 and 2021

To the Attention of our 2020 and 2021 Graduates
Our graduation ceremonies that are to take place on September 23, 2021 have been postponed to Monday, September 27, 2021 due to unfavorable weather conditions.
The program of the Graduation Ceremonies that will take place between 24-27 September, 2021 has been specified. In compliance with the ‘Public Mandate for PCR Tests Regarding Certain Activities’ issued by the Ministry of Interior, those who have been unvaccinated have been obliged to take a PCR test in order to attend mass gatherings as of September 6, 2021.On the basis of this, our graduates and their relatives who will attend the Graduation Ceremonies need to present their vaccination certificates demonstrating that they have at least completed their two-dose vaccination Schedule or a negative PCR test that has been taken within the last 72 hours.

*The deadline for the participation in the ceremonies and cap-gown requests was July 30, 2021. New applications are not accepted.
Returning the Caps:
At the end of the ceremony, the caps and gowns will be returned to the Activity Tent at santralistanbul Campus. The fees will be refunded to the IBAN indicated during the application within 15 days following the return of the cap-gown. The deadline for returning the gowns is November 26, 2021 at 16.30.
Students who will participate in the ceremonies are required to arrive at the gathering points in the museum square with their student identity cards at least 1 hour before the ceremony.
The students will leave their guests, wear their caps and gowns, and line up in line with the program of the ceremonies.
The students should not have their personal belongings with them in the ceremony area and during the ceremony.
The guests will enter the ceremony area with QR-coded invitations.
