HES Code Registration
Dear Students,
As you know, in line with the decision taken at the Presidential Cabinet meeting, as of September 6, 2021, our university students and staff are required to have a vaccination certificate, and those who are not vaccinated are expected to submit a negative PCR test result twice a week.
Based on this decision, your HES (Hayat Eve Sığar) Code information will be uploaded to your student card and be controlled automatically by the turnstile system in order to facilitate the control process of your vaccine and PCR test status by our University and your admission to our campuses.
For this reason, it is important to enter your HES code on the following web page. For control process, your HES code must be indefinite; vaccine and PCR test status features must be activated and made visible.
