BİLGİ students won the Societies Research Challenge organized by CFA Society Emirates in Dubai. Universities from Turkey, Cyprus, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Lebanon, and Egypt joined the competition.

BİLGİ team consisting of Ömer Faruk Yüksel, BİLGİ MSc student in Financial Economics, Ekin Öner, Double Major student in Economics and Finance Honors Program and Law, Sinem Köklü, Economics and Business Honors Program student, and Leen Fattah, International Trade and Business Program student, ranked first among 11 universities that joined the competition.

Students gain real-world experience as they assume the role of research analyst in the competition that tests the equity research and valuation, investment report writing, and presentation skills of university students.
