Double Major Alumnus in BİLGİ Film and Law Departments Selman Nacar’s film Hesitation Wound won the Feature Film Competition Prize at Zurich Film Festival

Double Major Alumnus in BİLGİ Film and Law Departments Selman Nacar’s new film Hesitation Wound won the Feature Film Competition Prize in International Competition section at Zurich Film Festival. Hesitation Wound, which was included in the section where 14 feature films competed, won the Golden Eye Prize that is awarded to the best feature film.

Attending the prize-giving ceremony, Nacar stated the following: ‘Such beautiful moments give hope and strength in one’s difficult journey of cinema. I hope the film will thereby reach to more people and make the audience think about the concept of justice, which we need even more today.’

The film, whose world premiere took place at the 80th Venice Film Festival, stars Tülin Özen in the lead role, with Oğulcan Arman Uslu, Gülçin Kültür Şahin, Vedat Erincin, Erdem Şenocak accompanying her.
