Our University ranked among the top three foundation universities in the CWUR World University Rankings 2026

Our University ranked 3rd among foundation universities in Türkiye in the 2026 World University Rankings published by the Center for World University Rankings (CWUR). It was also ranked 19th among all universities in Türkiyr included in the list.

In this year's rankings, CWUR—one of the world's leading higher education ranking organizations—evaluated 21,291 universities from 95 countries and identified the top 2,000 universities worldwide. The rankings were based on four main criteria: education, employability, faculty quality, and research performance. Research performance was assessed using indicators such as research output, high-quality publications, impact, and citations.
