Important Announcement on Student Amnesty

Pursuant to Article 14 of Law No. 7592, which was published in the Official Gazette No. 33335 dated August 9, 2026 and entered into force on the same date, Provisional Article 85 regulating student amnesty has been added to Higher Education Law No. 2547. We will be pleased to welcome back all our students who wish to benefit from the student amnesty and continue their studies at BİLGİ.

The application requirements for student amnesty and the relevant procedures and principles regarding its implementation will be announced on our website once the applicable regulations have been finalized.
