We would like to clarify the news that appeared in the media towards this morning stating that some of the institutes of our university have been closed down.
Three of the institutes of İstanbul Bilgi University have been merged under the name of “Institute of Graduate Programs”, decreasing the total number of institutes to three from five. None of our institutes has been closed down as alleged in the news report. Our institutes have just been merged under a new name.
We would like to highlight that this new arrangement will have no impact on the academic life of our students at the institutes.
