Gökçe Kurtulan Güner of BİLGİ Faculty of Law won Konrad Zweigert Award granted by Max Planck Institute.

Gökçe Kurtulan Güner, Research Assistant at the Faculty of Law of our University, has been granted Konrad Zweigert Award for her PhD thesis proposal entitled "Trust: A Potential Legal Instrument for Turkish Law?" among various other proposals of hundreds of legal researchers from different jurisdictions. The Konrad Zweigert Award is given to one researcher per year by the Friends of the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law.
