İstanbul Bilgi University International Relations Department Faculty Members Prof. Pınar Uyan Semerci and Prof. Emre Erdoğan were assigned to the committee membership of the COST Project: CA18213- “Rural NEET Youth Network: Modeling the risks underlying rural NEETs social exclusion”.
The Project aims the creation of a European-led multidisciplinary network from countries showing higher NEET youth rates in rural area.
