“On 30th of January 2020, Asst. Prof. Banu KABAKULAK and her supervised senior students - Mehmet Budak, Orkun Uluhansın, Damla Çalışkan, Murat Deniz Eriman and Burkay Saydam, visited HAVELSAN A.Ş in Ankara. Founded in 1982, HAVELSAN develops unique systems offering intelligent solutions with today's latest technologies for military, public and private sectors in Turkey. The IE senior students presented their graduation project titled “Optimal Area Exploration with UAV Swarm” aiming to find optimal flight routes of UAVs in order to complete the field exploration mission within the shortest time while using as few UAVs as possible.
