He completed his undergraduate degree in Psychology at Fatih Sultan Mehmet Vakıf University. He subsequently received pedagogical formation training in the field of Psychological Counseling and Guidance at Marmara University. He completed his master’s degree in the Industrial and Organizational Psychology program at Beykoz University, where he conducted his specialization study titled “The Effect of Human Resources Practices on Organizational Commitment.”

Throughout his professional career, he has carried out work in the fields of human resources, training, and organizational development. During his tenure as a psychologist within the Gendarmerie General Command, he worked on recruitment processes, training and development planning, and psychological support programs.

He later worked at Yemeksepeti, where he was involved in operational process management, team coordination, and field recruitment activities. At Milagro Fresh and Milagro Group, he served as Human Resources Director, taking an active role in the establishment, structuring, and strategic management of human resources processes. Following his departure, he continued to provide consultancy support to the same organization.

He has provided consultancy services to various organizations operating in the logistics, tourism, and healthcare sectors, focusing on organizational structuring, recruitment, performance management, and training processes.

His areas of expertise include industrial and organizational psychology, human resources management, performance evaluation systems, recruitment processes, and organizational development.
