The conference will focus on the impact of migration on literature and the development and perception of migrant literature in Germany, with the contributions of Selim Özdoğan, Yüksel Pazarkaya and Zafer Şenocak -prominent writers of migrant literature in Germany, and Nilüfer Kuruyazıcı and Mahmut Karakuş from İstanbul University, Faculty of Arts, Western Languages and Literatures Department.
