Stress is a mental, physical, emotional and behavioral reaction to the demands, threats and dangers of life. It is a part of the survival mechanism and is natural. However, we may experience trouble due to stress; we may find it difficult to deal with. Thus, it is important to recognize our own reasons of stress, reactions and coping resources.

“Coping with Stress” Seminar is open only to İstanbul Bilgi University students and is free. Registration is not required.
