Staying at dorm can be one of the best sides of university life but at the same time it can be challenging. Making new friends, being more independent, better understanding about yourself and others seems very attractive and improving experiences of dormitory life. Nevertheless, leaving from home-life where you feel more familiar and comfortable to a shared room may pose some major changes.  Every change in human life brings with an adaptation process. Awareness of the possible effects of such changes helps to adapt in your new life.

Talk on “Adaptation to Dormitory Life” by Psychological Counselling Unit is aimed to share your experiences, difficulties and coping strategies related to dormitory life.

The talk is for all BİLGİ Students and free of charge.
