Each change in human life leads to an adaptation process. Like every other transition period beginning a university evokes excitement and anxiety. University brings both personal and academic growth as well as some challenges. Although most of the time it is possible to actively cope with the stress of university life, sometimes because of the changes related to becoming a university student (to take responsibility, individualization, to meet new environment, etc.) or some personal difficulties (loss, trauma, economic difficulties, etc.) may compel a student.

Psychological Counseling Department is arranging a group study to help students with the difficulties they are facing in “Adaptation to University Life”. If you are also having difficulties that affect your daily life and/or cannot fulfill your academic responsibilities and/or your feelings of alienation and longing is increasing instead of decreasing, you may join this group.

The group study includes 4 sessions. You may join just one session or some of them. Attendance is free and you do not need to register for it. It is enough to be in the class at the time of the beginning of the seminar.
