Corruption in Turkey: Perceptions and Perspectives, organized by the Turkish Economic and Social Studies Foundation (TESEV) in collaboration with SELDI, and İstanbul Bilgi University will be held on June 16.

SELDI is an anti-corruption and good governance network formed by NGOs from Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Kosovo, FYROM, Montenegro, Serbia, and Turkey. TESEV is a member of SELDI, a network that aims to increase public awareness and support policy making in good governance. In 2014, TESEV published Corruption Assessment Report Turkey report as part of the SELDI’s first phase. This panel will present the results of the recently conducted 2016 survey, Corruption Perceptions in Turkey, in comparison with the 2014 data; and experts will discuss perceptions of corruption in Turkey and various perspectives of fighting against corruption.

The panel will be held in Turkish. There will be simultaneous translation from Turkish to English.
