"Biennale are globally considered as the multi-cultural, multi-national, multi-ideological, multi-intentional platforms based on contemporary freedom and power of thinking and creation. The content, form and aesthetics of the biennale introduce and advocate the metaphorical concepts, messages and forms of contemporary art works as a desired and possible “remake of the world”. Global public can view in the biennale the works of numerous artists from five continents who can bring together the elements of Modernism and Post-modernism, of myths and narratives, of histories and memories, of rituals and practices, of recoveries and regenerations through visual thinking and language. This presentation of biennale will examine the function and impact of the biennale through the recent and current political, cultural economic transformations."
