Postponed Graduation Ceremonies 2022 due to unfavorable weather conditions
Our graduation ceremonies that are to take place on September 1- 3, 2022 have been postponed to September 5-6, 2022 due to unfavorable weather conditions.

Place: santralistanbul Campus
We kindly ask all our graduate candidate students to pay attention to the issues mentioned below for the Graduation Ceremonies that will take place on September 5-6, 2022.
Attending the Ceremony:
All our students who are eligible for graduation in undergraduate programs and students who have completed their registrations for the last two semesters and who are registered for their 8th and 7th semesters in undergraduate programs and 4th and 3th semesters in associate degree programs can attend the Graduation Ceremony of 2021-2022 Academic Year.
Our double-major students can only attend one ceremony. Students who are not eligible for graduation in terms of their number of semesters can write a petition to the faculty or vocational school secretaries until June 30, 2022 and send it via e-mail or deliver it in person. These students can be included in graduation ceremony lists in accordance with the decision that will be taken with the approval of dean’s/director’s office.
In graduate programs, only the students are eligible for graduation can attend the ceremony.
Gown Request:
The candidates who would like to attend the graduation ceremony should click on ‘Flow Applications’ under the ‘Other Links’ placed on the left menu of SIS Student Page and complete their applications between June 7-August 8, 2022 until 13:00. Click for the help document.
The names of the candidates who do not request their caps and gowns from the system between the specified dates will not be read aloud during the graduation
Cap-gown applications and payments for graduation will be made online and no personal applications or payments will be accepted.
Cap-Gown Delivery and Return Procedures:
Associate Degree and Undergraduate Programs Graduates:
Delivery Date: June 7-August 8, 2022
Place: santralistanbul Campus Activity Tent
For our graduates who have requested cap-gown and completed their payments, caps and gowns will be delivered between June 7-August 8, 2022 from 10:00 to 16:00 on weekdays only at the activity tent in santralistanbul Campus. There will be no deliveries on weekends, public holidays, and on the days of the ceremony.
The deposit for the cap-gown for 2022 is 300 TL.
You may return your caps and gowns to santralistanbul Campus activity tent after the graduation ceremony.
The fees will be refunded to the IBAN indicated during the application within 15 days following the return of the cap and gown. The deadline for returning the gowns is Friday November 4, 2022 at 16.30.
Graduates of Graduate Programs:
Students graduating from graduate programs cannot make their cap-gown rq through SIS Student Page. They will receive their caps and gowns in return for their identity card or driver’s license 2 hours prior to the ceremony in santralistanbul Campus. Our graduates will return their gowns at the end of the ceremony and take back their identity cards or driver’s licenses.
