Graduation Ceremonies 2023
2022-2023 Academic Year Graduation Ceremonies are planned to be held in the second week of July.
Attending the Ceremony:
All our students who are eligible for graduation in undergraduate programs and students in their 8th and 7th semesters who have completed their registrations for the last two semesters and associate degree students in their 4th and 3rd semesters can attend 2022-2023 Academic Year Graduation Ceremony.
Double major students can attend both ceremonies.
Gown Request:
The candidates who would like to attend the graduation ceremony should use ‘Flow Applications’ link under the ‘Other Links’ placed on the left menu of ‘SIS Student Page’ and complete their applications between April 25-June 16, 2023 until 16:00. Click for the help document.
Only the name of the students who make their cap and gown requests from the system and take delivery of their cap and gown will be read aloud during the graduation ceremony. It is not possible to attend the ceremony with someone else’s cap and gown. For your name to included in the ceremony list, you should make your cap-gown request from the system between the specified dates and take delivery of them. We would like to remind you that cap and gown procedures cannot be carried out after 16:00 on June 16, 2023 since the system will be closed.
Cap and gown applications and payments for graduation will be made online and no personal applications or payments will be accepted.
Cap-Gown Distribution and Return Procedures:
Graduates of Associate Degree and Undergraduate Programs:
Distribution Date: April 25-June 16, 2023
Place: santralistanbul Student Support Center Office
For our graduates who have requested cap-gown and completed their payments of 750 TL, caps and gowns will be distributed between April 25-June 16, 2023 from 10:00 to 16:00 on weekdays only from Student Support Center Office at santralistanbul Campus. Caps and gowns will not be distributed on weekends, public holidays, and on the days of the ceremony.
The cap and gown price for 2023 is 750 TL.
The fees of our students who would like to hire their caps and gown will be refunded to their IBAN (450 TL) indicated during the application within 15 days following the return of their caps and gowns. The deadline for returning caps and gowns is Friday, October 6, 2023 at 16:30.
You can return your caps and gowns to santralistanbul Campus activity tent after the end of the graduation ceremony.
Graduates of Graduate Programs:
In graduate programs, only the students who are eligible for graduation can attend the ceremony.
Students graduating from graduate programs cannot make their cap and gown request through SIS Student Page. They will receive their caps and gowns in return for their identity card or driver’s license 2 hours prior to the ceremony at santralistanbul Campus. Our graduates will return their caps and gowns at the end of the ceremony and take back their identity cards or driver’s licenses.
