This project will investigate the well-being of children in the context of Türkiye within the axis of the atmosphere of uncertainty and technological changes created by the intersecting crises (economic, health-, migration-, climate-related) following COVID-19 pandemic. The research will be carried out with an interdisciplinary and participatory approach and closely examine the well-being of children in Türkiye within the political economy of the crises by bringing together different theoretical frameworks such as well-being of the child, bioecological model, and capabilities approach. In order to think about an ecosystem that will support the well-being of children in Türkiye together with children and relevant actors and propose social policy recommendations by revealing the inequalities and frailties created by the atmosphere of crisis, the project aims to carry out the entire process including the design of the research and the reporting of its findings in a participatory manner.
