The book titled “Abuse of Dominant Position: Problems and Solutions”, which was edited by Assist. Prof. Dr. Kerem Cem Sanlı, has been published by XII Levha Publications. The book consists of the papers presented in the Conference held in June 2010, in cooperation with İstanbul Bilgi University Competition Law and Policy Research Center and the Turkish Competition Authority. The book could also be considered as the most extensive and up to date legal source in the area of abuse of dominance under Turkish law.
