The Law and Economics Certificate Program will be organized at Dolapdere Campus of İstanbul Bilgi University on 5-7 April and 12-14 April 2012. The purpose of the program is to make known the law and economics doctrine (or the economic analysis of law) which is considered to be one of the most influential jurisprudential movements in contemporary jurisdictions today, and to show its application in some basic areas of Turkish law. The Certificate Program is aimed at lawyers, interns, administrators and all other professionals who are interested in the application of the law and economics doctrine in the areas of conract and corporate law.
