İlter Turan, Emeritus Professor of Political Science at İstanbul Bilgi University, was elected President of IPSA for 2016-2018 following the unanimous decision of the IPSA Council on July 26, 2016. Prof. Turan 's research includes comparative politics, as well as Turkish politics and foreign policy.
