Program Structure

Duration of the program is 3 semesters. Students are required to complete 10 courses. There are 7 core courses and 3 elective courses. All courses are held on the weekday evenings. Core courses cover the fields of Organizational Behavior, Strategy, Staffing, Performance Appraisal, Compensation Management, Research Methods, and Labor Law. Elective courses cover subjects like Leadership, Communication Skills, Coaching and Mentoring, Industrial Relations, Training and Development, Organizational Change and Adaptation. Seminars are held with the participation of lecturers and instructors from the sector and in those issues such as career planning, talent management etc. Courses adopt participative class lectures, class exercises, academic article discussions, group projects and class participation as methods of learning. Thanks to this diversity, the program targets to advance the abilities of the students in both theoretic and application levels.
