Program Structure

MA in International Relations Program with a concentration on Regional Studies offers a two-year program with thesis, consisting of two semesters dedicated to coursework and two semesters devoted to research and writing of an MA thesis. Two additional semesters can be used to finalise the thesis.
The course load during the first academic year comprises of three compulsory courses, four elective courses and a non-credit seminar.

The three compulsory courses are:
Methodology in Social Sciences (Fall)
International Relations Theory (Fall)
Regional and Comparative Studies (Spring)
