Registration will open on 6 March 2026. The conference fee includes:

• the conference pack,
• coffee breaks,
• lunches (24-27 June 2026),
• the opening reception,
• the program’s social events held in the campus.

Please note that the conference banquet dinner and post-conference tours are not included in the registration fee. Separate registration will be available for those events, and you will receive further details about them in the conference email.

Conference attendees who live outside of Turkey will register for the conference through International Virginia Woolf Society’s webpage, following this link:

Participants joining from Turkey should register for the conference directly with the conference team via woolf2026@bilgi.edu.tr Any questions about the conference should be directed to the team directly.

IMPORTANT

All conference speakers must register by Monday, 20 April 2026, to secure their inclusion in the conference programme.

Cancellation Policy

Any registration for the conference and/or social activities cancelled on or before 5 June 2026 is eligible for a 50% refund of the Conference registration fees paid and a full refund of the fees paid for social activities (banquet and tours).

Any registration for the conference and/or social activities cancelled after 05 June 2026 is not eligible for a refund. Cancellation notices must be submitted via email to the conference team at woolf2026@bilgi.edu.tr. Participants will then be informed of the steps to follow in order to obtain a refund, if applicable.

If, in the event of force majeure, the conference is cancelled, the conference team undertakes only to refund the registration fees already paid by the participants. All other claims by the participants (e.g., claims for damages arising from the cancellation of the conference) are expressly excluded.

The conference team may, at its discretion, cancel the organisation of any social activities scheduled in relation to the conference, particularly if an insufficient number of participants sign up. In such cases, the conference will refund the fees corresponding to the cancelled social activities.

Insurance

The registration fee does not include insurance of any kind. Participants and accompanying persons attend the conference at their own risk and are responsible for their own personal safety and property during the event. Likewise, participants must ensure that they have adequate insurance cover appropriate to their individual circumstances, including, but not limited to, health and travel insurance, accident insurance, and third-party liability insurance.

Data Protection

The data collected will be processed by the conference team for the purpose of the management of the conference and the dissemination of such activities through printed publications, websites, radio, television, etc. Unless otherwise required by law, the data will not be transferred. The data will be kept for the period required to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or for the time necessary to comply with legal obligations.

By registering for the conference, participants acknowledge that they may be photographed during their participation and that such photographs may be published on the conference website, social media and advertising materials.
