6th February 2026 – Results communicated

6th March 2026– Early Bird Registration Opens

24th April 2026– Early Bird Registration Closes

6th May 2026 – Standard Conference Registration Closes

24th May 2026 – Draft Programme Published

31st May 2026 – Final Programme Published

24th June 2026 – Conference day one, Keynote Lecture 1, Exhibition Opening and  Reception

25th June 2026 – Conference day two, Pleanary Speech, Night and Day Film Screening

26th June 2026 – Conference day three, Workshops, Keynote Lecture 2, Conference Banquet

27th June 2026 – Conference day four, Keynote Lecture 3, Concert
