Abstract

• Length: Maximum 250 words (excluding title and keywords)
• Language: English
• Keywords: 3–5 keywords
• Recommended Structure: (to be written as a single paragraph without section headings)
  • 1. Background & Aim – Context and purpose
  • 2. Methods – Approach or framework
  • 3. Results/Findings – Key points or insights
  • 4. Conclusion/Implications – Main takeaway

Formatting

• File: .docx
• Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt
• Line spacing: Single
• Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides

Oral Presentation

• Duration: 10–12 min presentation + 3 min Q&A
• Language: English
• Slides: Optional; .pptx or .pdf format
• Submission: Send slides at least 24h before the session
• Presenter: At least one author must attend and present
