The conference will take place at İstanbul Bilgi University santralistanbul Campus. Situated on a green field of 118 decares on the shores of Golden Horn, accessible from every part of the city, it is an arts and cultural complex within an educational environment and encompasses Turkey's first power plant, which is Energy Museum today. Many buildings of the campus were renovated maintaining their historic features.
