Little Chefs in the Kitchen: Healthy Eating and Kidney-Friendly Recipes

Organized in partnership between the Turkish Kidney Foundation and Istanbul Bilgi University's Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, this special day allows our children to have fun while taking a step towards a healthy future.

Our children, who are battling diabetes and chronic kidney failure, enter the kitchen under the mentorship of students from the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts program. In this workshop, the little chefs will prepare kidney-friendly and delicious recipes together. While the children showcase their skills in the kitchen, their families will find answers to all their questions about diabetes, kidney health, and nutritional treatment for children in a session with experts.
