Graduation Ceremonies 2025 (Undergraduate)
The 2024-2025 Academic Year Graduation Ceremonies are planned to be held between the 16th and 19th of July, 2025.
Participation in the Ceremony:
All students who eligible for graduation of undergraduate programs; 8th and 7th semester students of undergraduate programs who have completed their academic registration for the last two semesters; and 4th and 3rd semester students of Associate Degree programs will be able to attend the 2024-2025 Academic Year Graduation Ceremonies.
Double major students can attend both ceremonies.
Graduate Programs Graduation Ceremonies will be held in October and details will be shared.
Gown Request:
The candidates who would like to attend the graduation ceremony should use ‘Flow Applications’ link under the ‘Other Links’ placed on the left-side menu of the ‘SIS Student Page’ and complete their applications between June 10th and July 11st, 2025 by 16:00. Click for the help document.
Only the names of the students who make their cap and gown requests from the system, and take delivery of their cap and gown, will be read aloud during the graduation ceremony. It is not possible to attend the Graduation Ceremonies while wearing someone else's cap and gown. For your name to be included in the ceremony list, you should make your cap and gown request from the system, and collect them, between the specified dates. We would like to remind you that cap and gown procedures will not be possible after 16:00 on July 11st, 2025 since the system will be closed.
Cap and gown applications and payments will be made online and no personal applications or payments will be accepted.
Cap and Gown Distribution and Return Procedures for Associate, Undergraduate and Graduate Degrees:
Distribution Date: June 10th – July 11th, 2025
Location: santralistanbul Campus E6-101
For our graduates who have requested a cap and gown, and have completed the payment of TL 1,250, cap and gown distribution will be made between June 10th – July 11th, 2025, between 10:00 and 16:00 on weekdays, only at E6-101 in the santralistanbul Campus. Distribution will not be made on weekends, public holidays and on the days of the ceremony.
The cap and gown sales price for 2025 is TL 1,900.
The fees of our students who would like to hire their caps and gown will be refunded to their IBAN (TL 1,000) as indicated during the application within the return of their caps and gowns.
You can return your caps and gowns to the santralistanbul Campus activity tent after the end of the graduation ceremony.
