Institute of Graduate Programs Graduation Ceremony 2025

The 2024-2025 Academic Year Graduation Ceremony is planned to be held on October 5, 2025 for Graduate Programs.

Participation in the Ceremony:

In graduate programs, only the students who are eligible for graduation can attend the ceremony. 

Gown Request:

Graduate candidates of graduate programs who would like to attend the graduation ceremony must complete their applications through the “Gown Request” section by clicking the “Flow Applications” link under “Other Links” in the left menu of the SIS Student Page between September 8 and October 1, 2025, until 4:00 p.m. Click here for the help document.

Only the names of the graduate candidates who make their cap and gown requests from the system, and take delivery of their cap and gown, will be read aloud during the graduation ceremony. It is not possible to attend the Graduation Ceremonies with someone else's cap and gown or a gown obtained in a previous year without submitting a gown request. For your name to be included in the ceremony list, you should make your cap and gown request from the system, and collect them, between the specified dates. We would like to remind you that cap and gown procedures will not be possible after 16:00 on October 1, 2025 since the system will be closed.

Cap and gown applications and payments will be made online and no applications or payments will be accepted in person.

Cap and Gown Distribution and Return Procedures for Graduate Programs:

The sale price for caps and gowns in 2025 is 1,900 TL. For graduate candidates who submit a gown request and complete the payment of 1,900 TL, cap and gown distribution will take place at the Student Support Center at santralistanbul Campus on weekdays from 10:00 to 16:00 between September 8 and October 1, 2025. Distribution will not be available on weekends, official holidays, or the day of the ceremony.

Graduate candidates who wish to rent a cap and gown will receive a refund of 1,000 TL to the IBAN account provided during the application process after returning the gown.

Gown returns must be completed at the Student Support Center by Monday, November 10, 2025, at 16:30. No gown returns will be accepted after this date.

Ceremony Program

No rehearsal will be held prior to the Institute of Graduate Programs Graduation Ceremony on Sunday, October 5, 2025. Graduates are required to be present 1 hour before the ceremony in the open area in front of the Student Support Center Building at santralistanbul Campus.
