BİLGİ Mechatronics Engineering student Arif Bayır named in Forbes 30 Under 30 List

Arif Bayır, a student of the BİLGİ Mechatronics Engineering Department, has been included in Forbes Türkiye’s “30 Under 30” list, which recognizes 30 outstanding young people under the age of 30. Bayır was selected from nearly 500 applications for the Forbes Türkiye “30 Under 30” survey, thanks to his successful initiatives focused on social impact.

Seeing technology as a field of responsibility that directly touches human life, Bayır developed a platform that reached hundreds of thousands of users with Look&Market, the company he founded at the age of 17, before shifting his focus to disaster technologies. Proteo Pack, developed by Bayır under Revor Tech, uses ultra-wideband radar and artificial intelligence to detect the heartbeats of individuals trapped under rubble and provides critical guidance to search and rescue teams. Another product of the company, Revor Care, offers fall detection for elderly and disabled individuals without requiring any additional device.

With his initiatives, Arif Bayır has received awards from platforms such as Social Impact Award Türkiye, Red Bull Basement, and the Promising Ventures Competition.
