The second meeting of the BİLGİ Institutional Structuring and Strategic Development Commission was held

The second meeting of İstanbul Bilgi University's BİLGİ Institutional Structure and Strategic Development Commission was held on February 27, 2026, at the santralistanbul Campus, chaired by our Rector Prof. Dr. Ege Yazgan, with a presentation by Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Ece Baş Süzel.

The meeting addressed institutional development priorities within the scope of the 2024–2027 Strategic Plan. The university's research performance, its position in national and international rankings, quality assurance efforts, accreditation processes, and internationalization goals were evaluated with a holistic approach. In addition, strategic steps were discussed to improve the quality of research outputs, strengthen citation performance, develop international collaborations, and increase institutional visibility.,

The meeting concluded with an emphasis on continuing the coordinated implementation of efforts in line with a sustainable institutional development and performance-oriented management approach.
