Dear Students,

First of all, we would like to congratulate the students who have been found eligible as well as the students who have applied.

Please read all the explanations below carefully.

Within the scope of 2026-2027 ACADEMIC YEAR ERASMUS+ EUROPE TRAINEESHIP MOBILITY APPLICATION CALL - Project Period 2025-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000325188/2025-1TR01-KA131-HED-000320224, the grant distribution method for the 2026-2027 Academic Year has been determined by the Erasmus+ Commission of İstanbul Bilgi University and is submitted for your information below:

  • The grant amount allocated for traineeship mobility in our university’s 2025 Project budget is €18,800.  Since the budget allocated to our University from the National Agency in the 2026-2027 Academic Year is not sufficient for all our students, it has been decided by the Erasmus Commission of İstanbul Bilgi University to give a PARTIAL GRANT (mobility for a certain period regardless of the day/month of mobility) to grant as many as of our students who will carry out Traineeship Mobility. Students who are eligible to receive grants are listed as granted (Kabul Hibeli) and students who are waiting to receive grants are listed as not granted (Kabul Hibesiz). Students with “not granted” status can benefit from traineeship mobility without the grant.
  • Students with “conditionally accepted” (ŞARTLI KABUL) status must submit a letter of acceptance as of 30.06.2026 in order to participate in the mobility program. If the acceptance letter is not submitted until that date, the eligibility status will be invalid. The rights of that student will be transferred to the next candidate.
  • Students who are eligible for traineeship mobility will receive partial grant for 2 months. Students planning their traineeship mobility for more than 2 months should proceed and plan in accordance with this article.
  • In the first stage (after the visa is issued), 80% of your grant will be paid. At the end of your mobility, provided that you complete the necessary documents and successfully complete your internship, the remaining grant (20%) payment will be made.
  • If a student who is eligible for grant would like to cancel their Erasmus+ eligibility, the grant will be given to the student next on the list. In this case, the student will be informed by our office via e-mail.
  • Students who are granted will also receive travel support based on the distance calculator provided by the European Commission, depending on the distance to the country/city they are going to.
  • Students who want to cancel their Erasmus+ Mobility must fill and sign the cancellation petition and submit it to erasmushelpdesk@bilgi.edu.tr until 23.03.2026, 17.00.

IMPORTANT NOTE: 10 points will be deducted from the score in their next Erasmus+ applications of the students who cancel their mobility after this date without a valid excuse.

  • If you would like to submit an appeal about your results, you may send your objection petition to erasmushelpdesk@bilgi.edu.tr until 18.03.2026, 17.00. Petitions will be evaluated, and students will be contacted regarding their results.
  • Minimum traineeship period must be 2 months.
  • Students who will participate in mobility for more than 2 months and wish to shorten this period must fill out the shortening petition and submit their petition to erasmushelpdesk@bilgi.edu.tr
  • This project ends on 31.07.2027 and the relevant internship mobility must be carried out until this date.
