The Tribute Book prepared in honor of Prof. Turgut Tarhanlı was presented to him at a ceremony

The book titled “Prof. Dr. Turgut Tarhanlı’ya Armağan: Politika, Ekonomi ve Toplum Kesişiminde Hukuk ve İnsan” prepared in honor of our former Dean, Prof. Turgut Tarhanlı, was presented to him at a ceremony held on March 26, 2026, at our santralistanbul Campus.

During the ceremony, which was attended by academics, legal professionals, alumni, and students, the significant contributions of Prof. Turgut Tarhanlı to our Faculty and to the development of human rights law in Türkiye were highlighted.

As part of the event, a panel titled “Law and Humanity at the Intersection of Politics, Economy, and Society” was held. The panel, moderated by Prof. Turgut Tarhanlı, featured contributions from Prof. Yakın Ertürk, Prof. Şebnem Korur Fincancı, Prof. Kübra Doğan Yenisey, and Assoc. Prof. Gökçe Çataloluk.
