Dear Students,

First of all, we would like to congratulate all students who applied and have been selected.

We kindly ask you to carefully read all of the information provided below.

All applications submitted by students who uploaded the required documents to the online system within the specified application period have been evaluated.

All students with complete documents have been ranked based on a score consisting of 50% language proficiency score and 50% cumulative GPA, and have been placed according to their university preferences within the quotas of partner universities.

Students who have been placed in one of their preferred universities are indicated in green color on the list. Students whose applications were eligible but could not be placed in any university due to quota limitations are indicated in orange color.

• Students who wish to withdraw and cancel their right must fill out a cancellation form and send it to erasmushelpdesk@bilgi.edu.tr and bilateral@bilgi.edu.tr no later than Monday, April 20, 2026.
• If you have any questions or objections regarding the results, you may contact erasmushelpdesk@bilgi.edu.tr and bilateral@bilgi.edu.tr addresses and submit your petition by Wednesday, April 15, 2026.

If a student withdraws and their spot becomes available, it will be offered to a student on the waiting list, and the newly placed student will be notified via email.

Since all email communication will be conducted through BİLGİ email addresses, you are required to check your BİLGİ email regularly and communicate with our office using this address.
