Elif Simge Fettahoğlu Özgen is an architect, urban designer, and researcher based in Munich. She holds a BA from Yeditepe University and an MA in Architectural Design from Istanbul Bilgi University, where she has worked as a research assistant and lecturer until 2017. She has contributed to international exhibitions and publications as a part of her work as Associate of Research, Publication and Communication at Tabanlıoğlu Architects, including the Port City Talks: Istanbul-Antwerp Exhibition in 2015. Since 2018, she is a research and teaching associate at the TU Munich Professorship of Urban Design where she is currently completing her PhD dissertation, Tracing Territories: A Cartographic Timeline of Northern Istanbul.
