The early bird registration has been extended to 24 April. 

15th September 2025 – CFP opens

15th January 2026 – CFP closes

6th February 2026 – Results communicated

6th March 2026– Early Bird Registration Opens

24th April 2026– Early Bird Registration Closes

6th May 2026 – Standard Conference Registration Closes

24th May 2026 – Draft Programme Published

31st May 2026 – Final Programme Published

24th June 2026 – Conference day one, Keynote Lecture 1, Reception + Exhibition Opening 

25th June 2026 – Conference day two, Pleanary Speech, Concert

26th June 2026 – Conference day three, Keynote Lecture 2, Theatre 

27th June 2026 – Conference day four, Conference Dinner

28th June 2026 – Conference day five, Excursions
