For each day covered by your conference registration, we will provide a catered lunch along with morning and afternoon refreshments. A reception will also be held on Wednesday, 24 June.

All catering will feature Turkish cuisine and include clear allergen information. We will do our best to meet any dietary needs. If you have allergies and are unsure about which dishes are safe for you, please speak with a member of our team at the registration desk.

Important: If you have a severe allergy, please remember to bring your EpiPen or any equivalent emergency medication.

Participants registered for the conference banquet will also have access to a vegetarian meal option.

Participants will also find numerous restaurants around the campus offering traditional local cuisine, with options to accommodate a variety of tastes.
