“Kütüphanelerde Dönüşüm Sanatı” temalı “IFLA Başkanlık Toplantısı”, Uluslararası Kütüphane Dernekleri ve Kuruluşları Federasyonu (IFLA), Anadolu Üniversite Kütüphaneleri Konsorsiyumu (ANKOS)’nun İstanbul Bilgi Üniversitesi Kütüphanesi ve Türk Kütüphaneciler Derneği (TKD) ile ortaklaşa düzenlediği bir toplantıdır. Bu toplantıya Üniversite, Parlamento, Halk, Okul, Araştırma ve Milli Kütüphanelerinden yetkililer, IFLA Başkanı, LIBER Başkanı, UNESCO Türkiye temsilcisi ve konu ile ilgili 27 ülkeden 125 kişi katılıyor. 

Toplantıda, beş ana oturumda IFLA Eğilim Raporu ve Lyon Deklarasyonu; dönüşen teknolojiler: fırsatlar ve tehditler; hukuki düzenlemeler ve bilgi teknolojilerine etkisi; halk kütüphanelerinde dönüşüm; her yönü ile bilgi ekonomisi konuları ele alınacaktır.
