Graduate Programs Assistant Professional

We are looking for İstanbul Bilgi University Admission Team a competent professional for the position of “Graduate Programs Assistant Professional”.

Responsibilities
•    Developing and planning publicity activities for graduate programs,
•    Giving consultancy services and introducing graduate programs and campuses to candidate students,
•    Attending seminars, fairs and conferences, organizing resources and ensuring information transfer to related units,
•    Setting up platforms to connect candidate students with the academic staff,
•    Contacting with Institute Managers and Program Directors to contribute to the publicity activities with the collaboration of Brand Manager,
•    Improving and developing strategies for region offices, to follow the workflow in regions,
•    Providing contents for the marketing materials to be used in activities and corporate visits,
•    Supporting Bilgi Education marketing activities.

Desired Skills & Experience
•    Graduate degree or studying at a graduate program
•    Experience of at least three to five years in roles with customer relations 
•    Service sector experience is highly desirable
•    Strong communication skills with ability to communicate effectively and appropriately at all levels
•    Strong customer and results orientation
•    Multi-task ability
•    Organization and planning skills
•    High persuasion skills
•    Good command of English
•    Adapt to flexible working hours
•    Have no restriction to travel
•    No military service obligation for male candidates
